If you aren't able to collect a parcel within the free collection time of your building, you may be able to ask someone who lives near or can get access to the parcel locker and collect the parcel on your behalf. We recommend forwarding them the original delivery notification SMS or Email so they can open the QR code to collect the delivery at the parcel locker. If your parcel has gone over the free storage time frame, you will need to top up your account to pay off the accumulated storage fees before the delivery can be collected.
