If you aren't a resident of a unit complex/unit building where a My Parcel Locker resides then you aren't entitled to use the My Parcel Locker system. My Parcel Locker verifies each registered user of the parcel locker to ensure that only residents of the unit building/complex can use the parcel locker. If you like the idea of having a parcel locker in your building please feel free to mention it to your Body Corporate or Building Management.
