The Additional Recipients field in the My Parcel Locker app can be used to store people that might be needing to receive parcels but don't have a My Parcel Locker account for themselves eg. a dependant, partner or other family members, a business or a non English name.
You will need to log in to your My Parcel Locker app or our web portal https://mplocker.com and navigate to the "Update Details" section of the side-bar, then find the section that says "Additional Recipients" and add in the extra names here.
Make sure to remove the names of anyone who registers for their own My Parcel Locker account as this can cause mix ups when couriers perform deposits.
