If your parcel has accumulated storage fees in the form of tokens you will need to pay off the storage fee debt in order to collect your parcel. You will need to use your My Parcel Locker app or My Parcel Locker User Portal to perform the top up by logging in and opening the side menu. You may need to add a payment method [1] first if you haven't done so before then select "Top-Up" to purchase your token or tokens [2] at which point you can select from different token packs. The storage fees will be visible at the top of the sidebar as a negative value next to the token icon (see example below)
Within the Payment Details menu, you will need to add your credit card details [3] and select whether you wish to have the Auto Top-up enabled [4] which will automatically deduct your storage fees when collecting an overdue item.
