If you have received an email from My Parcel locker with the following content:


Hi [NAME], as you are currently registered for deliveries to the parcel locker called [UNIT COMPLEX NAME] we are contacting you as there have been no parcel deliveries for you recently. If you no longer live there, we'd appreciate it if you could let us know by selecting one of the below options within 7 days.

Are you still at [UNIT BUILDING ADDRESS]?


From time to time you might receive an email from My Parcel Locker asking if you still live at an address that will have a My Parcel Locker system. This is an automated process that flags any users that haven't received a delivery within the past 10 weeks and sends out the email to double-check if you are still living in the unit building/complex. This is a legitimate email from My Parcel Locker and should come from info@myparcellocker.com, If you still live in the unit building/complex we recommend responding to the email by using the button that indicates that you still live in the unit as your MPL account will be made inactive if no response is received.
