Some things that might be affecting this; 1. The email address field in the log in form is case sensitive so make sure all the text is lowercase as mobile phone autocorrect can capitalise the first letter of email addresses. 2. corrupted cache or cookie files on your device from a previous login attempt, this can be fixed by clearing the temporary files and cookies from the MPL app or just removing and reinstalling it. You can also access our user portal by navigating using a web browser to https://mplocker.com

You can also try the password reset form, if the email from the password reset form doesn't make it to you then there might be something wrong with the email address.
