While courier companies should be fully briefed on our parcel locker location and use, adding some short, direct directions to your order's delivery notes can significantly help couriers and minimize errors. It is also helpful to have your mobile telephone number on the delivery details in case the courier isn't able to determine your name or apartment number on the delivery label as couriers are able to deposit directly to a mobile telephone number if no registered recipient is found on the parcel locker Kiosk.
It might be helpful to the courier if you do include the location of the parcel locker in the special instructions eg. "deliver to parcel locker located in the driveway, mailroom" etc.
If you are finding items are not being deposited into the locker, we can certainly investigate. Our Delivery Success Partner needs your help: Please send a clear photo of the delivery label or delivery card (making sure the tracking number is visible) for any failed delivery items to photos@myparcellocker.com.
This allows us to track down specific issues and work directly with the courier company to improve their service.
