Your name and full street address including unit number are all that is needed to deposit a parcel into a My Parcel Locker. It is also helpful to have your mobile telephone number on the delivery details in case the courier isn't able to determine your name or apartment number on the delivery label as couriers are able to deposit directly to a mobile telephone number if no registered user is found on the parcel locker Kiosk. It might be helpful to the courier if you do include the location of the parcel locker in the special instructions eg. "deliver to parcel locker located in the driveway, mailroom" etc.

We recommend that you register for deliveries with My Parcel Locker if you haven't done so to ensure your details appear on the parcel locker kiosk for couriers and if you encounter one of your parcels that hasn't been deposited in the parcel locker by a courier then we are able to provide feedback directly to the courier companies if you are able to send us an image of the delivery label of the parcel to photos@myparcellocker.com
