Normally you only need to use your own delivery address: Name, Street address, Suburb, State, Postcode. The delivery companies have been advised to deposit into the parcel locker by default so all items should be deposited (If available). It is also helpful to have your mobile telephone number on the delivery details in case the courier isn't able to determine your name or apartment number on the delivery label as couriers are able to deposit directly to a mobile telephone number if no registered recipient is found on the parcel locker Kiosk.

If you are finding items are not being deposited into the locker, we can certainly investigate. Our Delivery Success Partner needs your help: Please send a clear photo of the delivery label or delivery card (making sure the tracking number is visible) for any failed delivery items to photos@myparcellocker.com.
This allows us to track down specific issues and work directly with the courier company to improve their service.
