The main details that a carrier uses to enter a parcel into the My Parcel Locker system is your name and unit/apartment number, however, if you are not registered with My Parcel Locker a courier may lodge a parcel into the lockers by using a mobile telephone number on the delivery label. Currently, Amazon deliveries do not publish the mobile telephone on the delivery details of their parcels which means if you have not registered with My Parcel Locker an Amazon courier may not be able to lodge a parcel into the parcel locker at your location.
