If you have moved between apartments in your apartment block that has a My Parcel Locker or if you've moved to another building that also has a My Parcel locker, you are able to update your account to reflect the change and prevent any mix ups.



  1. Log in to your My Parcel Locker App.
  2. Open the side menu "Hamburger" button.
  3. Select the "Moving" option.
  4. Enter the App verification code for your new apartment (possibly found in the form of a sticker, stuck inside of the letter/mailbox, Building Management may be able to supply or send us a proof of address like a utility bill, rent receipt, bank statement etc).
  5. Enter the postcode of your building.
  6. Your apartment number should now have changed in your MPL account.
