If you live in a building that has a My Parcel Locker but are unable to collect your parcel due to the Covid 19 outbreak, My Parcel Locker recommends that you get a friend or family to collect the parcel by forwarding them the email or text message with the access QR code and letting them collect the parcel on your behalf. My Parcel Locker may be able to arrange longer collection timeframes for any parcels if you have been quarantined or otherwise unable to collect your parcel from the parcel locker at your building (Pending approval from your building management/Body Corporate).

Tips to prevent the spread of Coronavirus Infection

As you are already aware, having items/shopping delivered to your parcel locker is a great way to avoid human-to-human contact during the temporary measures of ‘social distancing’. When collecting your parcel from the locker, avoid touching the kiosk screen. Instead, use the QR Code received by SMS or email (which looks like a web address beginning with http://bit.ly). Scan your QR code at the scanner and the locker containing your parcel will pop open. Collect your parcel, then shut the door with your elbow… and you’re away! J
