The My Parcel Locker system in some instances will require a user to purchase collection tokens or load an account with a dollar value to pay for any overdue parcels, in most normal circumstances this amount is treated as a prepayment of credits and cannot be refunded.

If you have topped up your account or purchased collection tokens and are leaving a residence that has a My Parcel Locker, you can contact us to deactivate your account and at that point, your account balance will still remain on your account until it is reactivated to use at another building with a My Parcel Locker.
