If you are seeing the above-mentioned message it means that you might have scanned your library card or a wrong barcode into the Library Lockers. 

When you are returning books and items, make sure you are scanning the correct barcode. The correct barcode is a sticker placed on the item by the library and is normally located on the front of the book/item. Do not scan the retail barcode that begins with "93" as this will result in the above-mentioned message.

Please note: You do not need to scan your library card into the Library Lockers to use them.
