When a My Parcel Locker is installed into a building it's done with the understanding of the building management that deliveries for the building will be routed to the parcel locker primarily so that parcels can be dealt with securely. There are many benefits to using a parcel:

  • My Parcel Locker makes it very convenient for you to collect parcel deliveries at a time and location that suits you.
  • Deliveries into a My Parcel locker are more secure than parcels that are being left in a foyer/lobby, in a mailroom, at your door or with building management
  • My Parcel Lockers are the only parcel locker service that can "Digitally Sign" for parcels that are delivered by carriers that require a "Signature on delivery" meaning that you don't have to spend your time collecting a parcel from a post office branch or carrier depot if you weren't able to sign for your parcel delivery. 
  • You are able to see all your parcels currently awaiting collection, within the My Parcel Locker app
  • My Parcel Locker isn't restricted to a particular courier or delivery company


When a building Management or Body Corporate choose to have a parcel locker installed, they agree for all parcels to be directed into the parcel locker by default and the courier companies are provided that direction by My Parcel Locker.
