If you have left a building with a parcel locker but you are still receiving delivery notifications it might be possible that a courier had mistakenly deposited a parcel in your name that is meant for another resident. Please contact our support department by email support@myparcellocker.com and let us know and we'll resolve the issue.


You are also able to remove yourself from the resident listing of a building by using the My Parcel Locker app and opening up the side menu and navigating to the "Moving" section to select the option to move out of a building.
