The My Parcel Lockers are able to accept most parcels from mail carriers and delivery companies, however, there may be a few situations why a courier may not deliver into the parcel locker. 

  • A parcel may have instructions to be delivered only to someone in person.
  • A courier might not know where or how to access the My Parcel Lockers.
  • An online merchant might not allow mobile telephone numbers to be displayed on the address panel of the parcel. If you haven't registered for the My Parcel Locker app the only alternative way to receive a parcel into the lockers is using your mobile phone number.

My Parcel Locker recommends downloading and signing up for the My Parcel Locker app to ensure accurate delivery of your parcels.

If your courier states that they don't know how to use the system My Parcel Locker support is happy to chat to them and step them through the signup process and assist in their first parcel lodgement.
