In some instances a carrier courier service will be required to cite ID to complete a delivery, in the case of such a "Person to person" delivery the parcel locker system will not be able to used and you will have to collect your item in person.
Your parcel may be taken to the post office if it is of an unusual size or dimension that might not fit in the parcel locker.
