When a delivery is made into a parcel locker the courier will use your personal details to lodge your item, My Parcel Locker will then notify you via text message, email or in the My Parcel Locker app that your parcel is awaiting collection. The text message will contain an access code and a web link to a QR code that can be displayed on your phone to be used to pick up your parcel.
The easiest way to collect your parcel is to scan the QR code mentioned in your text message at the My Parcel Locker barcode scanner, alternatively, you can collect by using the interface display and select the Collect option and entering your phone number and access code contained in the text message that was sent to you. Once authorised, the parcel locker where your parcel is being safely held will open allowing you to collect your parcel. Once you have collected your parcel simply close the parcel locker to complete the process.
