If you are trying to sign up for the My Parcel Locker app most of the time the verification code will be kept inside your letterbox/mailbox on a sticker (not inside the parcel locker) or it was distributed as an info flyer to your apartment when the parcel locker was installed, however, from time to time the sticker might be missing. Your building management may have a copy of the verification code for your apartment, however, if you are unable to locate your apartment verification code you can send by email a photo or copy of a utility bill or rental agreement showing your name and address at the apartment complex to support@myparcellocker.com and we'll assign you a verification code.
