If you are trying to sign up for the My Parcel Locker app most of the time the verification code will be kept inside your letterbox/mailbox on a sticker (not inside the parcel locker) however, from time to time the sticker might be missing. Your building management may have a copy of the verification code for your apartment, however, if you are unable to locate your apartment verification code you can send by email a photo or copy of a utility bill or rental agreement showing your name and address at the apartment complex to support@myparcellocker.com and we'll assign you a verification code.
